Geography
 
            DO Jumilla is located to the south of DO Almansa and southwest of DOs Yecla and Alicante in the Castile La Mancha. To the south of Jumilla is the DO Bullas. 
 
Climate
 
            Essentially continental, but moderated a bit by the Mediterranean.
